According to yogic philosophy, meditation is a state of being obtained through practice. It is a transformational experience where we use techniques to draw the senses inward in order to find inner peace, alignment and clarity.

It is NOT the man on the mountain with perfect posture, it is you as you already are. Through 1:1 sessions, it is intended that you – the client – can develop a consistent practice that will expand over time.
