Winter Wellness Retreat
Muskoka, ON – February 28th to March 1st 2020
Consider this weekend an opportunity to tune into yourself and your intentions while connecting with a community of other likeminded individuals. This retreat has been designed to help you de-stress and realign your soul through mindfulness exercises, journaling, yoga, and meditation.
Located on the sought after Lake Muskoka, with 5 luxurious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this lake house has everything you need on a beautiful property just moments away from Gravenhurst, ON.

All fees include accommodations, meals, wine, and any courses & activities outlined in the above schedule. Participants have the choice to pay in full, or to set up a payment plan with a non-refundable deposit of $200. Should you require a payment plan, please contact me.

What payment methods do you have?
I am able to accept payment via e-Transfer, Credit Card, or Cash (for those local to Muskoka).
What type of food will be served?
All meals will be vegetarian friendly focusing on wholesome, fresh, and nutrient dense foods that will provide you the energy you will need. Snacks will also be made available throughout the day between meals. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Prior to the retreat you will be sent a survey beforehand in which you can indicate any food allergies, sensitivities, or restrictions you may have.
What type of yoga will it be?
I am certified in Ashtanga Vinyasa Style Yoga and each class will be geared to accommodate all levels of experience. The classes will be a mix of restorative and energizing depending on what time of day they are scheduled.
Do I have to participate in everything?
Absolutely not! This retreat is designed with the intention that you will be able to connect inward to your real needs and desires away from the demands of day-to-day life. It is up to you to decide how you would like to spend your days! There is no requirement to attend all of the scheduled activities – remember, this retreat is for you!
What are the sleeping arrangements?
All accommodations are shared. If you sign up as a single you will be assigned a room with 2 single beds, if you sign up as a pair you will be assigned a room with either 2 singles or 1 Queen/King Sized bed.
What do I need to pack?
It is recommended that you bring comfortable lounging clothes, a yoga mat (if you have one), a book to read, reusable water bottle, and perhaps a comfortable pair of outdoor shoes should you decide to venture outside during your stay.
