Parry Sound – October 18th to 20th 2019

Consider this weekend an opportunity to tune into yourself and your intentions while connecting with a community of other likeminded individuals. This retreat has been designed to help you de-stress and realign your soul through mindfulness exercises, journaling, yoga,  and meditation.

Relax in this cozy & secluded waterfront home. Located on McNutt Lake, this 4 acre property is just moments away from beautiful Parry Sound, ON.

Investment:

All fees include accommodations, meals, wine, and any courses & activities outlined in the above schedule. Participants have the choice to pay in full, or to set up a payment plan for $100/month with all fees being paid by October 4th 2019. Should you require a payment plan, please contact me.

What payment methods do you have?

I am able to accept payment via e-Transfer, Credit Card, or Cash (for those local to Muskoka).

What type of food will be served?

All meals will be plant-based, vegan & vegetarian friendly focusing on wholesome, fresh, and nutrient dense foods that will provide you the energy you will need. Snacks will also be made available throughout the day between meals.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Prior to the retreat you will be sent a survey beforehand in which you can indicate any food allergies, sensitivities, or restrictions you may have.

What type of yoga will it be?

I am certified in Ashtanga Vinyasa Style Yoga and each class will be geared to accommodate all levels of experience. The classes will be a mix of restorative and energizing depending on what time of day they are scheduled.

Do I have to participate in everything?

Absolutely not! This retreat is designed with the intention that you will be able to connect inward to your real needs and desires away from the demands of day-to-day life. It is up to you to decide how you would like to spend your days! There is no requirement to attend all of the scheduled activities – remember, this retreat is for you!

What are the sleeping arrangements?

All accommodations are shared. This includes: Double Occupancy (2 separate beds), Triple Occupancy (One Queen + One Single Bed) or Quad Occupancy (2 Queen Beds).

What do I need to pack?

It is recommended that you bring comfortable lounging clothes, a yoga mat (if you have one), a book to read, reusable water bottle, and perhaps a comfortable pair of outdoor shoes should you decide to venture outside during your stay.
